Steel structure sandwich panels are new building panels composed of two profiled metal face sheets bonded with lightweight core materials.The outer metal sheets normally adopt color coated steel coils, galvalume steel sheets, stainless steel sheets and other materials.The core insulation materials include EPS (expanded polystyrene), rock wool (RW), glass wool and polyurethane (PU).
Finished sandwich panels feature quick installation, light dead weight and high efficiency.The closed-cell molecular structure of the filling core effectively prevents condensation.
Detailed Introduction of Sandwich Panels
Sandwich panels are new building enclosure materials featuring thermal insulation, moisture resistance, sound insulation, fire resistance, light weight, high structural strength and fast installation. With stable structure and long service life, they are widely applied in industrial workshops, warehouses, cold storage projects and indoor partition works. Multiple models are available based on application locations and core materials to meet various working conditions.
1. Classification by Application
We supply four series: roof panels, wall panels, partition panels and cold room panels for different construction purposes.
1.Roof Panels![]()
Designed for roof enclosure. They have excellent waterproofing, wind resistance and weathering resistance. Lightweight and well-insulated with tight seams against leakage and deformation. Ideal for roofs of factories, warehouses and large buildings.
2.Wall Panels
Suitable for external walls and internal walls. Smooth surface with integrated thermal insulation, sound insulation, fire resistance and anti-corrosion performance. Firm installation and tight joints realize integrated wall protection, insulation and decoration with wide applicability.

3.Partition Panels
Lightweight and demountable for quick space separation. Good sound insulation, heat insulation and fire performance. Widely used for workshop zoning, office separation and plant isolation. Reusable and cost-effective.

4.Cold Room Panels
Specially developed for low-temperature cold chain projects. Low thermal conductivity minimizes cold loss and saves energy. Freeze-proof, moisture-proof and anti-condensation with tight sealing. No cracking or deformation under low temperatures for freezers, chillers and fresh-keeping warehouses.

2. Classification by Core Material
Three core material options are offered to meet different requirements on fire rating, insulation, mechanical strength and service life: rock wool core, nano-graphite polyurethane core, and polyurethane edge-sealed panel.
Rock Wool Core Sandwich Panels
Eco-friendly and odor-free with outstanding fire resistance and sound insulation. High structural toughness and impact resistance, resistant to mildew. Perfect for conventional enclosure projects requiring high fire safety and environmental performance.
Nano-Graphite Polyurethane Core Sandwich Panels
Modified with nano-graphite for superior thermal insulation as well as improved flame retardancy and heat resistance. Lightweight, pressure-resistant and dimensionally stable. Suitable for cold rooms, constant-temperature workshops and high-end factories with strict energy-saving standards.
Polyurethane Edge-Sealed Sandwich Panels
Integral edge sealing eliminates air leakage, cold loss, water seepage and delamination. Higher structural rigidity and tighter panel joints, delivering better insulation, waterproofing and anti-aging performance. Recommended for high-standard workshops, clean rooms and large cold storage projects.

6. What is the delivery time?
Delivery time depends on order quantities. In general the delivery time to nearest seaport in China will be 20 to 30 days after receiving deposit.
