PU Edge-Sealed Fireproof Rock Wool (Glass Wool) Sandwich Panels adopt two layers of high-quality color-coated steel sheets or other precision profiled metal sheets as face panels.
After roll forming, cut glass wool strips are flipped 90 degrees to align their fibers perpendicular to the upper and lower steel plates. Premium glass wool core is firmly bonded to metal facings via high-strength, high-adhesion and fire-resistant adhesives, forming aesthetic, flat, rigid and tough building panels.
The finished panels deliver outstanding fire resistance, thermal insulation and environmental performance, making them an ideal solution for industrial building enclosure systems.
Equipped with fireproof polyurethane edge sealing technology, the panels boost airtightness and watertightness at lap/insert joints, effectively eliminate thermal bridging, and prevent delamination between joint sections and core material during transportation and installation.
