This project involves the construction of a state-of-the-art office building designed with high durability and energy efficiency in mind.

• Building Dimensions:  The office building spans a total area  of 114m in length,30m in width, and stands 12 meters tall. These dimensions are ideal for creating a spacious,functional office environment while maintaining a sleek, modern design.

• Structure: The building features a robust frame structure with 3 stories,providing a strong foundation and flexibility for interior layout customization. The frame design ensures the building can withstand environmental stresses while offering ample room for offices, meeting spaces, and communal areas.

• Mezzanine:  The building includes a well-designed mezzanine floor that combines a decking floor system with a durable concrete layer. This design not only supports the building’s overall structural integrity , but also enhances soundproofing and insulation, making it ideal for a comfortable office environment

• Enclosure System: The exterior of the building is protected by PU edge-sealed Rock Wool Sandwich Panels, which provide excellent thermal insulation and soundproofing.  This high-performance enclosure system ensures energy efficiency , reducing heating  and cooling costs, and providing a quiet, productive working environment .
