Single Corrugated Steel Sheet is manufactured from high-quality galvanized steel or pre-painted steel through precision roll forming, featuring high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, superior waterproof performance, and easy installation. It is widely used in industrial factories, warehouses, agricultural buildings, and commercial facilities.
We are equipped with advanced automated production equipment and mature manufacturing technology. From raw material procurement to finished product delivery, strict quality control is implemented throughout the entire process to ensure precise dimensions, smooth surfaces, and stable performance. With stable production capacity, extensive export experience, and flexible customization services, we can provide various specifications, colors, and thickness options according to customer requirements, delivering high-quality and cost-effective building cladding solutions and reliable service to customers worldwide.
Traditional projects usually source steel frames and corrugated sheets from separate manufacturers. This often causes mismatched purlin spacing, misaligned bolt holes, color differences and inconsistent anti-corrosion performance. Once defects occur, suppliers shift blame to each other, leaving contractors and owners stuck in disputes.
We adopt a full in-house integrated production model. All steel frames, purlins, roof & wall sheets and matching accessories are self-designed and manufactured under one unified drawing system, eliminating interface errors and after-sales risks of split sourcing from the source.
1.Zero structural matching errors & shorter construction periodSteel frames and claddings are detailed simultaneously. Purlin spacing, bolt positions and sheet lengths are pre-calibrated, requiring no on-site rework and saving 3–5 days of installation time.
2.Same-batch raw materials for uniform long-term durabilityFrames and panels can be produced from identical steel coils and coating batches. No color difference, and all components age evenly over decades, avoiding the common trouble of intact frames but rusted sheets.
3.Consolidated shipment for simplified site logisticsMain frames, bracings, sheets, flashings and fasteners are packed and delivered together under one unified packing list. One delivery with one document greatly cuts on-site coordination costs.
4.Single-source full liability for hassle-free after-sales serviceAll components are fully produced in our own workshop without outsourcing. We take full unified warranty responsibility for the whole system with no cross-supplier disputes.

FAQ
Q1: Why should I source corrugated sheets from a steel fabricator instead of a dedicated sheet mill?
The biggest advantage is single-source accountability. Independent sheet mills only guarantee panel quality without coordinating purlin spacing and connection details with steel frames. As an integrated manufacturer, our corrugated sheets are fully engineered to match our frame systems. Our technical team reviews all structural interfaces in advance. If any on-site issue occurs, you only have one supplier to take responsibility, eliminating cross-supplier disputes.
Q2: Which international standards do your sheets comply with? Can they pass third-party inspection?
Our profiled sheets meet GB/T 12755-2008 & GB 50896, with base steel conforming to GB/T 2518-2019. We also satisfy ASTM A653, JIS G3302 and EN 10147 upon request. Each batch is supplied with full MTC and test reports including salt spray, impact resistance and wind uplift data. Third-party inspections by SGS, BV or Intertek are acceptable before shipment.
Q3: What is the recommended minimum thickness for roof sheets?
Per GB 50896 Clause 4.2.3 (for permanent buildings): roof outer sheets ≥0.6mm, wall outer sheets ≥0.5mm, floor decking ≥0.8mm. We calculate optimal thickness based on project loads to satisfy code requirements while controlling costs without over-specification.
Q4: What is the difference between Z275 and AZ150, and which one should I choose?
Z275: Hot-dip pure zinc coating, total weight 275g/㎡ for both sides (ASTM A653). Ideal for inland standard factories with a service life over 25 years.
AZ150: Aluzinc alloy coating (55% Al + 43.5% Zn + 1.5% Si, GB/T 12755). It delivers 3–6 times better corrosion resistance than Z275.AZ150 is recommended for coastal areas, chemical plants and high-pollution industrial zones. We offer professional material selection based on your site corrosion level.
Q5: Can I purchase only the corrugated sheets without main steel frames?
Yes. Even for sheet-only orders, we maintain full structural-grade quality control identical to our matched frame packages, no downgrade to generic materials. We can also check your existing frame drawings and provide free advice on purlin spacing and profile compatibility.
Q6: Will combined orders of frames and sheets delay shipment?
On the contrary, integrated production shortens lead time by 5–7 days. We synchronize two production lines in-house so frames and panels are finished and packed together. Separate sourcing usually causes waiting time as sheet mills require finished frame drawings to start production.
Q7: For coastal projects requiring identical service life for frames and roof sheets, can you deliver?
This is our core strength. We use the same batch of AZ150 coils for secondary steel (purlins, bracings) and wall/roof panels, ensuring consistent coating thickness, composition and anti-corrosion performance for the whole building envelope. We issue a unified full-system warranty to align the service lifespan of frames and cladding.
